What Family Constellation is?
Family Constellation Therapy is a type of group therapy designed to help reveal the hidden pattern, prints and entanglements in a family or relationship in order to address any stressors impacting these relationships and heal them.

How does it work?
This is an interactive group work. Members of the group stand in for family members of the person or couple presenting a difficulty or concern. That means there will be a Seeker and the representatives, so we’ll focus on the seeker’s problem to solve. The workshop in made up of a group of individuals who are not related. Please do not bring family members with you. All of the representatives are affected by the energies and emotions and if I’m honest it’s sometimes tough, but the results are amazing for all of us in the group.
It’s an incredible workshop contribution is £ 55 Usually we can have two or max three Seekers. I take booking in advance with £33 deposit.
